1. How much does it cost to work with you?

Our services are complementary with any vacation package (hotel+tickets+any extras)! If you're interested in an a-la-carte trip we do charge a  planning fee.  The pricing for which will be reviewed with your travel agent during your initial consultation

 

Some of our agents have been awarded the designation of Star Consultant due to their superior customer service, expertise, and sales achievements.  With their knowledge and expertise, they have a professional planning fee for their services. A typical fee is $250 but can vary based on destination and agent.

2. Why Should I book with Allonsy Travel and not on my own?

4. Can I still use Allonsy Travel if I already booked my vacation?

​

Absolutely! As long as you booked less than 30 days ago and full payment has not been made, we can transfer the reservation to an agent so we can assist you with your magical trip!

5. Do you provide assistance for travels with Special Needs?

​

Of course! From unique dietary needs to guests with disabilities or various medical conditions that require specific lodging and room requests, our Vacation Specialists can assist you with any arrangements for these special situations. We stay up-to-date on the information on how to arrange for special needs, requirements, or services, and will provide you with everything you need to put your mind at ease and make your vacation worry-free.

6. If a promotion is released after I book, can Allonsy Travel still apply it to my trip?

​

Absolutely! Once you book your Disney vacation, we regularly monitor and apply promotions to ensure you are getting the lowest priced Disney vacation package possible. We work tirelessly for you and love calling our clients with their new low price!

7. Do I have to pay in full when I book?

​

You can if you want but it’s not necessary to pay the entire balance up front for most vacations. Your Vacation Specialist will review with you all the rules governing your reservation, including any deposits required, payment terms, due dates, and final payment requirements.

8. What do you help with?

​

Every element of your vacation - we are here to help! From setting up park passes, to dining, to special experiences and ticketed events. Shore excursions, character experiences, fine dining, we’ve got you covered! We are a full service concierge planning agency here to make your life easier!

9. What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

​

While we can’t think of anything worse than having to cancel a vacation, we do understand that things happen and circumstances change. Your reservation will be made directly with our vendors, and all of their change and cancellation policies will apply. Your Vacation Specialist will review with you any rules and/or penalties regarding reservation changes or cancellations. We will work with you and with our vendors to minimize any costs and carefully explain your options in the event of a change or cancellation.

10. How do I make a reservation?

​

Visit our Connect page and either complete the trip request form, request an appointment or send us a message!  From those details, we can begin building your customized vacation.  When you are ready to book your dream vacation, we will make the reservation for you. You can also email any of our Vacation Specialists directly, OR, simply pick up the phone and give us a call. Whichever method you choose, however, you’ll be assured of finding a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Allonsy Travel Vacation Specialist on the other end who will put together the best vacation possible at the best possible price.

11. What if I run into problems after I depart for my vacation?

​

We’ll do everything we can to make sure that all the details are taken care of before you leave, but we will be available should something unexpected occur once you're on your trip. Your Vacation Specialist will provide you with contact information so you can get in touch with us quickly in the event of a problem. Our top priority is to make sure that you have the best vacation possible, and that commitment to you does not end after your reservation is booked. We will be with you the whole way.

12. I’ve done a lot of research on the internet, will you help me with “tips and tricks”?

​

We're all about sharing our "tips and tricks" with you because we want you to have a great time! We’ll tell you how to beat the crowds during your visit, how to save a little money, and how to make the most of the weather at the time of year you’ll be visiting. We’ll tell you all about your selected lodging and the options and amenities included at your Resort. We’ll include our recommendations on dining, entertainment, nightlife, and transportation. We’ll tailor information and suggestions for the individuals traveling with you, from seniors to infants. We think you will find that these tips and tricks will really help make your vacation extra-special and unforgettable.

13. How do I know you're a real agency. Can I trust you with my personal information?

Allonsy Travel is a fully licensed and insured travel agency, and is a certified member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). Our agency standing and validity may also be verified with the Walt Disney Travel Company as well as our other suppliers.
